Create habits with Peaks and track your progress. Peaks can help you focus on what matters most - your own habits and goals.

Key advantages of Peaks:
- Create up to 3 habits for free.
- Customize your schedule. Every day? Once a week? Or maybe only on weekends? Either option is available to you in the Peaks app.
- Choose your habit. For example - drink water 3 times a day, or meditate for 30 minutes.
- Set up notifications to help you remember to follow your planned habits.
